These Terms govern your use of eview-software.com and its subpages (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept them.

The Site presents eView Software’s services and products, including the Norn platform and mobile applications we publish. Content is informational; it is not an offer capable of acceptance, and not professional advice. Product engagements are governed by their own agreements (for Norn subscriptions, the Norn Subscription Terms; for mobile apps, their own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy).
2. Acceptable use
You may not: attempt to breach the Site’s security; probe, scan, or overload it; scrape it at scale; introduce malware; or use it for unlawful purposes. Automated access beyond ordinary search-engine indexing requires our written consent.
3. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, code, logos and trademarks (including “eView” and “Norn”) are our property or licensed to us. You may view and share links to the Site; any other reproduction requires permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
4. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites (including app stores). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on its content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal data collected through the Site (e.g. contact forms, email) is processed per our Privacy Notice.
7. Changes, law, jurisdiction
We may update these Terms; the current version lives at this URL with its effective date. Governing law: European Union law; courts: the competent courts within the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
